* Assists with pre-bussing soiled dishware, utensils, and glassware prior to delivery of each course. * Returns the lids and trays to the kitchen. * Ensures food is prepared and delivered in a timely manner. * Ensures that each order’s plating and presentation meets the standards set for the specific food item. * Readies the food items for server pick up by verifying the ticket with server's name and ensuring that the order matches exactly with the ticket instructions. * Performs a quality control check to ensure food items meet the standard set for taste and temperature. * Rotates inventory including breads, condiments, consumables and perishables. The Fine Dining Expediter will work closely with all culinary and front of house (FOH) team members to ensure that food is delivered to the guests in a timely manner and according to the menu and guest specifications.
